Senior Recruitment Consultant

After spending a couple of years establishing, running and growing Daisy Chain in the role of Company Director Natalie decided to take a step down to focus on recruiting permanent staff in areas of South West London and Surrey.

With 13 year’s experience in specialist recruitment Natalie promotes a friendly and professional consultative approach and the importance of fully understanding the needs of both clients and candidates in order to deliver an excellent service. She spent much of her career recruiting engineers before making the move into childcare recruitment.

Fun Fact: Natalie completed the 24 hour 3 peaks challenge for Mind charity & whilst playing lacrosse for Kent trialled to play for England!

Joe Ardern
Recruitment Consultant

Starting as the sole recruiter for a large chain of nurseries, Joe has moved on and now looks after permanent recruitment for the South East of London.

Fun Fact: Joe once raised over £500 pounds for Charity by shaving all his hair and has achieved Grade 7 Standard of Piano. He is originally from the North and like a fine wine matured in the South.

Annabelle Lancaster
Office Administrator

During the holidays Annabelle works full time with the team helping both the temporary and permanent recruitment consultants with day to day administrative support plus managing background tasks. She also carries out key research for the team working remotely the rest of the year.

Annabelle is currently studying Geography at Kings College London and hopes to remain a crucial member of the team.

Fun Fact: Annabelle used to play tennis for Kent and now plays hockey at university.

Osha Daley
Senior Recruitment Consultant

With over 5 years’ experience in Education and Early Years recruitment Osha focuses on offering the best service to both clients and candidates. Osha understands that the face of Education and Early Years is ever changing and utilises this knowledge, by keeping abreast of current legislation, in order to deliver a truly consultative approach.

Osha also believes that listening to the needs of both her clients and candidates, and building rapport, is central to making the right match.

Osha specialises in permanent recruitment for Northwest London and surrounding areas.

Fun Fact: Osha previously worked as a midwife and has delivered over 45 babies, she has also played the steel drums at the houses of parliament.

Chilem Mustafa
Recruitment Consultant

I have over 20years experience working in nurseries, having completed my Montessori Diploma at the age of 18. I went on to work fulltime in my work placement setting and further on I was one of the managers’.

After many years I decided to look at my career options and was lucky enough to come across Daisy Chain and since I have started I have loved every minute – I am able to use my knowledge & experience to help my clients and my candidates get the right fit. I recruit for Surrey, South West and home counties.

Fun Fact: I once spent the day at an elephant sanctuary, in Sri Lanka, hand feeding their baby elephants

John Beswick
Senior Recruitment Consultant

John is originally from Yorkshire and worked as a chef for 15 years. Starting off working for Hilton until his last head chefs job doing an opening in Leicester Square for Lewis & Clarke. John started his recruitment career working for Reed and was instrumental in implementing a major contract covering all ancillary staffing for Guys and St Thomas’s. Since then John has covered both the NHS and local authority frameworks and has recruited into professional services such as Doctors, Nurses, Social workers and GP’s. John has also done work in business improvement & transformation, change management and tender & bid writing for local and national government contracts. John has covered both temp and permanent recruitment and enjoys both equally. John is covering East London, Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk.

Osha specialises in permanent recruitment for Northwest London and surrounding areas.

Fun Fact: One night when we were fully booked we turned down a booking for Tom Cruise!! The waitresses were devastated!

Sean Yates
Recruitment Consultant

Sean previously worked as a football coach for Leatherhead FC academy, and has sales experienced background also. He started off at Daisy Chain recruitment as a Resourcer and after a couple of months moved up onto the temporary desk for the company. He now runs the temporary recruitment for London and the home counties.

Fun Fact: Sean completed the 50 mile London to Surrey bike ride for British Heart foundation, as well as completing the 50 mile challenge, Sean thought it might be a good idea for a 25 mile warm up to the starting point! Sean completed over 75 miles that day whilst raising money for charity!

Mia Brown
Office Manager

Mia runs the day to day administration in the office, supporting the consultants and dealing with any needs of the business.

Prior to joining the company in January Mia was on maternity leave and having worked in retail for 16 years decided it was time for a change in career! Previously a retail Buyer for a large department store Group, buying Handbags and Ladies Fashion, the move into Childcare recruitment has been a great change.

Fun Fact: Mia completed the London Marathon in 2014 for Anthony Nolan charity and loved it, but won’t be running another one!
