Having taken on the role of Company Director in the summer of 2016 most of Natalie’s time is now spent running the company and managing the fast-growing team.
Natalie spent much of her career recruiting engineers before making the move into childcare recruitment.
She still spends some time placing permanent staff into nurseries in parts of South West London. With nearly 12 year’s experience in specialist recruitment Natalie promotes a friendly and professional consultative approach and the importance of fully understanding the needs of both clients and candidates in order to deliver an excellent service.
Fun Fact: Natalie completed the 24 hour 3 peaks challenge for Mind charity & whilst playing lacrosse for Kent trialled to play for England!
Celebrating his first year and role in recruitment, Joe has gained great experience while being the sole recruiter for a large chain of nurseries in South East London. He now also looks after permanent recruitment for the west of London.
Fun Fact: Joe once raised over £500 pounds for Charity by shaving all his hair and has achieved Grade 7 Standard of Piano. He is originally from the North and like a fine wine matured in the South.
During the holidays Annabelle works full time with the team helping both the temporary and permanent recruitment consultants with day to day administrative support plus managing background tasks. She also carries out key research for the team working remotely the rest of the year.
Annabelle is currently studying Geography at Kings College London and hopes to remain a crucial member of the team.
Fun Fact: Annabelle used to play tennis for Kent and now plays hockey at university.

With over 5 years’ experience in Education and Early Years recruitment Osha focuses on offering the best service to both clients and candidates. Osha understands that the face of Education and Early Years is ever changing and utilises this knowledge, by keeping abreast of current legislation, in order to deliver a truly consultative approach.
Osha also believes that listening to the needs of both her clients and candidates, and building rapport, is central to making the right match.
Osha specialises in permanent recruitment for Northwest London and surrounding areas.
Fun Fact: Osha previously worked as a midwife and has delivered over 45 babies, she has also played the steel drums at the houses of parliament.
With 2 years in specialist recruitment before moving into childcare recruitment supplying permanent staff to nurseries in South West London and surrounding home counties. Louise is able to build a quick rapport with both Clients and Candidates delivering a personable service adhering to both their needs and requirement’s and doing so with an upbeat personality.
Louise spent 13 years in the Police, specialising in Child Protection and Vulnerable People.
Fun Fact: Louise studied Performing Arts and Dance at the BRIT school and danced for an R’n’B group MN8 at Live events. They reached #2 in the charts!
